David Mee-Lee, M.D., is a board-certified psychiatrist and is certified by examination of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM). He has over 25 years of experience with treating and designing programs for persons with co-occurring disorders. Dr. Mee-Lee now focuses on training and consulting work, providing services to ASAM, the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry, and the American Psychiatric Association. He co-authored the ASAM Patient Placement Criteria for the Treatment of Substance-Related Disorders.

This training delved deeply into the practical application of the model of Integrated Treatment, imparting an ability to apply the concepts of Integrated Treatment in the real world.
We provided 6 Continuing Education Unit hours to practicing professionals through the Louisiana Counseling Association, National Association of Social Workers - Louisiana Chapter, and the Louisiana Office for Addictive Disorders Regulartory Authority.
